Water was leaking from my ceiling...called emergency maintenance they showed upwardly days later and all they did was stop the leak and spray paint the expanse that information technology was coming from. They constantly go upward on rent but they patch holes (that's caused by horrible upkeep) with cardboard. It'southward the cheapest in the area just I wish I would've known all the issues before I signed my last lease. And they exercise not have key air for the one bedroom apartments they expect a window unit to absurd the whole firm and it doesn't.
